This was our first time dealing with this company, phoned Baron at 7pm, himself and Sarah had plenty of time for me and my wife, paid deposit, on there description of vehicle, which was spot on 10 / 10 good communication including accommodating our collection date. Baron and Sarah are very good at what they do, with attention to detail, and making you feel most welcome. We cannot recommend this company enough. We left feeling like we've known them for years.

Bought a near- on mint condition 2001 Ford Cougar 2 with very low miles and a FSH from BJC cars. The whole buying experience from seeing the car advertised to actually purchasing it couldn't have gone any smoother and this was all down to Baron,the owner of BJC cars. From initial phone calls to negotiating a final price Baron was extremely helpful and supportive and kept in constant communication at all times prior to my 200+ mile journey to go and view the car. He was even kind enough to pick me and my friend up from the station to go back for the viewing and I was certainly not disappointed ! . For a car coming up to nearly 25 years of age it was( is) in stunning condition with gleaming black paint work and everything as it should be. The service indicator light was showing ( perfectly normal on these cars in between twelve month intervals) so Baron offered me an addition discount to cover the cost of a service which I thought was extremely thoughtful and generous of him. He's a true professional and clearly knows about the buying and selling of cars business as well as knowing how to relate to people in a friendly and helpful manner. I also briefly met his wife who is also involved in the business and it was clear to me that they have built up an excellent business with many satisfied customers such as myself. I really can't recommend BJC cars enough,the cars that are sold are clearly vetted to a high standard and I think anyone looking for a quality used car would not go far wrong than to purchase one from BJC cars. I Had a great journey home in my new car which never missed a beat . A big thank you to Baron for all your assistance and support and also for a smooth car buying transaction ! I have been buying cars for over forty years and my experience with Baron and Sarah of BJC Car Sales has been the best ever. From the personal attention, to the quality of their car stock, to the finance process, to the delivery and after sales experience I cannot recommend them highly enough!Their approach and communication throughout has been on a different level.If you want to buy a second hand car of the best quality these are the people to work with. Even if they don't have the exact car you are after they will go above and beyond to find it for you.... but I have to say, most people would be delighted with most of the cars they typically carry in stock.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Baron and Sarah for the purchase of a BMW M6. I am very particular with my requirements for a vehicle and this is the first vehicle I have purchased that lived up to my expectations, this follows many dissapointments from main dealers. As I live 4 hours away from BJC car sales I was apprehensive about purchasing a car without seeing it first, but following a disscussion with Baron he took the time to understand my requirements and addressed my concerns, he also negotiated a good deal for my part exchange. He provided me with constant updates during the process, right up to the point of collection. I collected the car a few days after the intial enquiry and I was made very welcome and treated like an individual. The transaction was seemless, from Baron checking my part exchange, processing the paperwork and finally handing over the keys to my immaculately presented white M6. Needless to say I took a longer route home and I could not be happier!

Purchased a BMW from Baron at BJC yesterday, and I can’t speak highly enough of the entire exchange.Having spotted the car on autotrader while on holiday, a quick WhatsApp message to Baron was responded to almost immediately.I was able to secure the car with a small deposit, after Baron sent a video showcasing the car.Even though it *looked* like it was in near perfect condition in the photos, I wasn’t sure if the same would be true in person.I needn’t have worried. I drove down from the Midlands and, after Baron picked me up from Enterprise, I was delighted to see how incredible the car was.The entire buying process was effortless too - with all the paperwork prepared for my arrival - and there was none of that ‘second hand car salesman’ vibe I’d experienced before.Couldn’t be happier with the car at a great price. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from BJC again.

Very lucky bought this high spec VOLVO xc90 from Baron. It’s my first time bought a car without seeing it. I was a bit nervous in the first, however after read the reviews and communication with Baron, I paid the deposit straightaway. Baron was efficient, polite and informative. He even gave me a very good offer without asking. Baron responded my questions quickly and even sent me the videos of car. Fantastic experience and service from start to the end. Thanks Baron!

I'd been looking for a pickup for a few months and i found one at BJC Care sales, from the very start Baron couldn't have been more helpful, from arranging a personal video walk round to arranging a time to view around my busy work schedule, apart from a few issues with the money transfer because of my banks protocols which took longer than it needed to, Baron was very understanding, the truck was as advertised and couldn't be happier with my purchase and the experience, would highly recommend this company .

This is the fourth transaction I have had from BJC Car Sales in six years and their service is just as good as it's always been. Personal, Friendly and Professional. I bought a Mercedes AMG over the phone, trusting Baron's description, 9.30 am on a Sunday morning and the car was delivered to my door 9.30 am the next day (some 140 miles away) just as described, complete with all paperwork. Service does not come any better than that,- then a follow up call that evening to make sure all was ok. Many thanks Baron and Sarah.
