Pleasure purchasing a car from Baron (BJC). Just prior to delivery car developed a fault. Baron offered several solutions, all at his cost. Issue sorted super quickly. Car as described in advert and really pleased. BJC very transparent and great to deal with.

This was my first time buying a car from BJC and a long time from a dealer due to negative past experiences, but I am pleased to say my faith has been restored. No pushy sales tactics, just honest and genuine interaction. After some time, we agreed a deal (subject to viewing) and due to my 650+ mile round trip, Baron was very accommodating and helpful sorting out logistics. Pleased to say, after inspecting the car which was “as described” the sale was successful. Would 100% recommend and hopefully one day will be a returning customer. This is my second time dealing with Baron at BJC and again it was an absolute pleasure. From the first enquiry to collecting the car, Baron was available to assist me with my questions. I've just bought a Porsche Cayman from Baron and I cannot fault any aspect of the transaction. From the first phone call it was clear that all the other reviews were spot on. His communications and attention to detail were second to none and the car was outstanding and exactly as described, well worth the 150 mile journey down to Dorset. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BJC Cars and will definitely look their way when it's time to change my car.

I am very happy with the car baron was very knowledgeable and helpful through every stage of the deal. Every question was answered and kept in contact, sent loads of pictures and videos so the car was just as described as I was travelling four and half hours. I would highly recommend outstanding service for start to finish and will 100% be purchasing car from baron and Sarah again both genuine and honest and make the whole experience a pleasure

Firstly I wanted to wait for my warranty (3 months) to end to write this review. The spec of the car with the price it was advertised for attracted me at first but then immediately felt very warmly welcomed by Baron which made my decision on the car so much easier. He ran through any little flaws it had and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying. He told me the car came with 3 months warranty which was fair. From the point I drove away till the end date the car had a few issues which totalled upto thousounds of pounds and not once did Baron give me a difficult time addressing them from very fast response to dealing with the garage of my choice. I can’t recommend his company enough. Fantastic job Baron thank you so much once again.

Well Deniz, we got there in the end I'm relieved to say! It doesn't always go to plan in the car business, we can inspect and prepare a car within an inch of its life and yet further down the line things can unfortunately still go wrong! All I can really say is that I appreciate your patience and graciousness in working with me to get it all sorted. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Baron of BJC car sales. I could not have been made to feel more at ease with the entire process (buying a new car with a part-X) and was kept informed and updated every step of the way. By far the best car buying and selling experience I have had to date. No detail was left untouched. Baron went above and beyond with regards to the presentation of my new car and corrected and resolved details and issues that others would not have dreamt of doing.
