From first phone call, to driving away in the beautifully presented car, the whole experience was one of complete professionalism and customer satisfaction. The Land Rover exceeded all expectations. Baron's assistance was impeccable – he made the entire process seamless, taking the time to explain every detail and maintaining constant communication. After seeing the GLA35 AMG online on Autotrader, I rang Baron to enquire about part exchanging my A45s AMG. From that call onwards the service was quick, efficient and informative. Very positive experience buying a Mini Countryman - straight away very fair reasonable offer for the part ex - called on the day made the booking and within 45min was driving away with a new quality car.
