Most of our business comes from repeat custom, when you become a customer of ours we love to stay in touch and we often buy cars back that we have previously supplied. We have old fashioned values and in many respects we still operate in an old fashioned way, with hand-written invoices, a basic easy to use website and an emphasis on customer relationships, we will never use AI to reply to our customers, put it that way! 

We operate from the grounds of our country home in Dorset where we have lived for over 20 years. If you're travelling to us, we're easy to find by car and near to Bournemouth Airport or train station. We also have an Enterprise a mile away for car drop off if you are hiring a car one way to get to us. We do not have cars delivered as we have found that there is no substitute for meeting our customers and transacting a deal in person. 

When you arrive at our gates the experience begins, our manicured gardens and purpose-built office create a professional but relaxed atmosphere. We find that customers love to view their new car in this private setting rather than a busy main road showroom and love the transparency and reassurance of us running the business from our home. We would never supply a car we wouldn't be happy to own ourselves.

We specialise in rare and luxury cars (but not electric) and only buy them directly from their owners. It's reassuring to our customers that we are selective and carefully procure cars from their owners, not from the trade or auctions. Meeting the owners gives us a great understanding of how they've been maintained. Once in stock, we prepare the cars meticulously.

Sarah-Louise and I spend most of our working hours buying the cars from their owners, and getting them prepared. On the sales side this leaves us with limited time to accommodate general browsing and test-drives from the public who are curious but not in a position to buy, for this we apologise, we just don't have the resources. For this reason, we work on an appointment only basis, so we can spend our time with the genuine buyers, who we dedicate our time to. We provide the ultimate customer service to those who have agreed a deal in principle with us and are travelling to us. Customers are never double booked and you will find our grounds and office calm and welcoming.

When you call us we take time to answer any questions you may have about the car, discussing every aspect with you whilst you're still in the comfort of your own home. We can also go through the details of your part exchange and commit to a price in advance, offer you a finance quote, discuss private plate retentions and warranty options. This means that you will know exactly where you stand before travelling to us, leaving only one important thing on the day:- to make sure you love the car! 

Once you're happy with the deal we've discussed on the phone in principle we take a refundable reservation and book you in for a day and time to suit you. When here you'll be presented with a beautiful property which is the perfect backdrop to showcase our cars;- the car that you have reserved will be ready for you, along with the paperwork. You will not be rushed. As long as you're happy with everything we can complete the deal, tax the car and do a handover so that you are comfortable before you drive away.
