Dear Baron,
I wanted to write this letter to let you know how happy we have been with the car we recently purchased from you (Blue Peugeot 307). Unfortunately we have had a few problems, but that is the main reason I thought I would write this letter. As soon as we contacted Dominic he gave us the number of the garage that you use and we got it booked in. BJC made sure the problems were corrected with no cost to us.

We were initially concerned at buying a car from a 2nd hand car dealer,
because of past experience and stories that you hear. But BJC have put our fears to rest and restored our confidence in buying 2nd hand cars. Also the warranty that came with the car actually meant that we didn't incur any costs when the car had problems. We bought a car from Evans Halshaw, previously English Ford and as soon as there was a fault they always found a way of the warranty not covering it. Anyway I hope you don't mind me writing to you but I think credit where credit is due and I would definitely recommend you. Thank you again for all your help.
